Garden paths
Paths are the crucial element of the garden composition. With their creation and selection of direction it is necessary to find the most correct solution, where the lawn will be less split up, and the roads between locations will not necessarily be straight but short. The width of the road depends on area and method of its coverage. Regardless of either the garden path will be the major element or will serve simply to pass to the canopy, still before construction it is necessary to conduct planning.
After planning paths that run through the garden, before making a final decision,it makes sense to consider which of the various materials shoud be applied. This is especially important if you are going to build a track with bends, as some materials suit better to one need than the others.
The surface of the track must meet three basic criteria: it must look good, be strong and durable, relatively easy to keep in order and in good condition. For quality materials that best satisfy these conditions, you can specify the following: concrete, different types of plates and blocks for pavement (concluded or loose, or the solution); rubble and finally asphalt. For access roads it is used gravel. Each of these materials has advantages and disadvantages.
There are two types of paving. Type “solid”, when material covers an area with no gaps in the butt joint, and type "ford", when between the individual elements there is a break. The first type is used for the main tracks and may be uniform, made either of one material or of a combination of several ones.
The second type is used for the decorative design of the tracks, when between elements there is space, and it can be also homogeneous or combined.
